Mango Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Mangoes - 2

  • Milk - 1 cup

  • Sugar - 4 tbsp

  • Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup

  • Crushed Ice - 1/4 cup

**Method: ** Skin the mangoes and remove the seeds and cut the juicy portions into medium pieces. Blend the ripe mango pieces with the milk, condensed milk and sugar in a blender adding water as necessary. Finally add in crushed ice and whisk again. Serve chilled. You can optionally add in vanilla ice cream during blending to give it a more richer flavor. Note that you can substitute mango pulp instead of fresh mangoes to make this shake.
