Mint Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves - 2 cups

  • Green chillies/Red Chillies - 1-2

  • Coconut - 1/4 cup

  • Oil

  • Salt to taste

**Method: ** In a pan, heat a little oil, and saute the mint leaves and chillies. Then, grind the fried ingredients and coconut with a little bit water and salt. Goes well with idlis, dosas. Note that depending on what chillies you use, color of the chutney may vary from greenish to a greenish-brown.
