Scrambled Egg Curry

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 4

  • Onions - 1 finely chopped

  • Green Chillies - 2 finely chopped

  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

  • Salt - to taste

  • Oil - 2 tbsp

**Method: ** Beat the eggs in a bowl and add turmeric and salt and mix well. In a pan, heat oil and add the onions and green chillies and saute for a while. Then add the beaten eggs to it and scramble till done. Goes well as a side dish with rice, chappathis.
