Thakkali Chutney
Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 3 (roughly chopped)

Garlic - 2 cloves (chopped) (optional)

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Oil - 4 tbsp
**Method: ** Grind the tomatoes to a puree in a blender. In a pan, heat the oil and then splutter the mustard seeds, add the garlic, saute for a while and then add the tomato puree.? Then, add the chilli powder and salt and allow the mixture to boil. Remove from heat. Goes well with idlis, dosas.
